By accessing or using MileWise, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

MileWise is a mobile application designed to track vehicle miles for the purpose of calculating tax deductions. The App uses location data, time, and other inputs to log and categorize your drives. We do not provide tax advice, and you are responsible for consulting a qualified tax professional to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features of MileWise. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

4. Use of the App

You agree to use MileWise only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the App's functionality or security.

MileWise and its content, features, and functionality are owned by ERG Media LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MileWise is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERG Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of MileWise.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MileWise at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of MileWise after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
